What to Expect During your visits
I provide personalized nutrition therapy to improve or
maintain your overall health. Ideally, Medical Nutrition
Therapy takes place over several visits. Some of what you
can expect during these visits include:
- Share and explore your current nutrition practices and food beliefs
- Learn how nutrition affects your physical performance and/or medical condition
- Learn skills and techniques that will enable you to make positive lifestyle changes
- Establish personal nutrition and fitness goals
- Explore potential obstacles that may be keeping you from reaching your goals
Your initial visit will last 1 1/2 hours.
Follow-up visits last 45-60 minutes with length of time between visits based on your personal nutrition goals.
